No minimum order for self pick-up clients

Terms and Payments

  • COD on Pick-up or delivery.
  • Net 30 day upon approved credit.

Shipment

  • All shipment are FOB our Houston Warehouse. Freight Collects

Claims

  • Claims for merchandise defects or missing parts must be made within 45 days.
  • No merchandise should be returned to us without prior authorization.
  • Returned merchandise must be in its original packages together with its original invoice.
  • No returned merchandise will be accepted after it being used or displayed for sales purposes.
  • Damage claims on ship out merchandise ought to be made against the responsible freight carrier.
  • We encourage our clients to check for packages damages before signing the freight documents.
  • For salable defective merchandise, we may offer the claimant a markdown on the item so that it can be sold at reduce price.
  • For claims on missing parts or certain damages, we will supply the parts upon the availability of such parts.
  • No returns or exchange on “Close Outs”.
